What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity is 1,000 jars for PET jar products. For biscuits and cookies, minimum order is 50 cartons. Bulk orders receive significant discounts.
What currencies do you accept?
We primarily deal in US Dollars (USD) for international transactions. We also accept EUR, GBP, and AED for certain regions. All prices are quoted in USD.
What are your shipping terms?
We operate on EXW (Ex-Works) terms. Buyer arranges pickup and shipping from our factory. We provide complete export documentation and can assist with logistics partners.
Can I request product samples?
Yes, we provide product samples for serious buyers. Sample costs and shipping are typically borne by the buyer, but may be waived for large quantity orders.
What is your production lead time?
Standard production lead time is 7-14 days after order confirmation. For large bulk orders (50,000+ jars), lead time is 14-21 days.
Do you provide custom packaging?
Yes, we offer custom packaging solutions including private labeling, custom jar designs, and specialized packaging for different markets. MOQ applies for custom orders.
