Destination customs clearance is handled by the buyer/importer unless your quotation states otherwise.

Import documents to prepare

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Sea Waybill
• Certificate of Origin
• Product specification, ingredients, nutrition and allergen information where applicable
• Food safety / health certificate where required by the destination authority
• Importer registration / import permit where required
• Destination-language compliant product labels
• HS code, customs declaration and valuation documents
• Insurance certificate if separately arranged

What the customer pays vs. what the exporter handles

• Mannu-G: product preparation, export documentation on the India side, and transport quoted up to the destination port as agreed.
• Customer/importer: destination customs clearance, import duty/GST/VAT, port handling after arrival, destination permits and local delivery unless explicitly included in the quotation.
• Important: the exact Incoterm (FOB/CFR/CIF/DDP or another agreed term) on the final quotation controls the commercial responsibility.
